Vivo X300, X300 Pro India Launch: Features, Specs, and Expected Price (2025)
Published: 25 Oct 2025

Vivo is preparing to bring its new flagship phones, the Vivo X300 and Vivo X300 Pro, to India later this year. While the company has not confirmed an official launch date, reports suggest that India will be among the first global markets to receive the X300 series. The phones were recently launched in China, where they attracted attention for their compact design and powerful cameras.
Compact Design and Display
According to Digit, the Vivo X300 comes with a 6.31-inch LTPO AMOLED display, offering a smooth viewing experience and energy efficiency. It measures 8 mm in thickness and weighs around 190 grams, making it one of the more compact flagship phones available today. The Pro version is slightly larger but maintains a similar design language.
Design leaks shared by Gadgets 360 show a circular camera module on the back and several stylish color options. Both phones are built with premium materials and curved edges for comfortable handling.
Performance and Hardware
Both the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro are expected to run on the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset, paired with up to 16 GB RAM. Benchmark listings spotted by Beebom confirm this configuration, showing impressive single-core and multi-core scores. This chipset is designed to handle heavy gaming, multitasking, and AI-based features with ease.
Camera Features
Photography remains a strong point of the X300 series. As reported by NotebookCheck, the X300 is expected to feature a 200 MP main camera, along with 50 MP ultra-wide and 50 MP telephoto sensors. The X300 Pro may use the 200 MP sensor as a telephoto lens instead, allowing for better optical zoom. Both models include ZEISS-tuned lenses and Vivo’s custom imaging chip for clearer, more balanced photos.
In addition, PhoneArena notes that the X300 Pro supports 4K 60 fps video recording and cinematic video modes, appealing to creators and vloggers.
Battery, Charging, and Extras
The X300 series supports 90 W fast charging, and the standard X300 even includes the charger and a color-matched case in the box — something rarely seen in premium phones today. The phones also feature dual stereo speakers, Wi-Fi 7, and IP68 dust- and water-resistance.
Price and Expected Availability
In China, the Vivo X300 starts at around CNY 4,399 (roughly ₹54,800) for the 12 GB + 256 GB model, according to NDTV Profit. The X300 Pro is priced higher, and an Indian price of about ₹79,999 is expected based on AIM Hospitals’ tech report. However, final Indian prices could differ due to taxes and import costs.
What to Expect Next
While Vivo has yet to announce the official India launch date, reports from Gadgets 360 confirm that the X300 series has already cleared certifications needed for a global rollout. This means the phones could arrive in India within the next few months.
